Last year at this time, we arrived home from nearly a month in Ukraine! A Judge had declared Samuel as our legal son, and we were counting down for the ten day waiting period to end so that Adam could spring him from the orphanage and bring him home forever. In some ways I can't believe that was a year ago, and yet I can barely remember Sam not being a member of our family. What a difference a year makes! So many "firsts" for Sam. We are blessed to call this special little boy ours! He is finishing his first year of school, has an amazing command of English, is playing baseball, celebrated his first Christmas and birthday, has learned to walk with a walker, and is learning to pop a wheelie in his wheelchair. Most importantly, he has learned that he is loved and treasured by a large extended family and a heavenly father who loves him even more than they ever could.

Tastefully Simple Fundraiser
Yep, we are doing another fundraiser! We will be non-stop with fundraiser unless someone wants to write a big check and get us fully funded! Anyone?!
Brigitte is a fellow adoptive mom who is donating her commission to our adoption fund. Order some yummy stuff from Tastefully Simple and help bring our girl home!
Check out the link HERE!
Make sure you put "Amy Boroughs" as the hostess so our adoption fund is credited! Thank you!
