Tag the bag fundraiser!

We need $7350 more to submit our dossier to our son's country. Won't you help us bring him home? Donate $5 or more to our you caring site (on sidebar) and your name will be written on his homecoming suitcase! What a great keepsake for him to see how many folks loved him and helped bring him home!

We are officially "paper pregnant"!

We are so excited! Our Homestudy is complete. One copy is on it's way to immigration, and several copies are with our placing agency getting prepared to travel to our son's birth country. Please pray with us for a speedy process. We hadn't exactly planned another adoption so quickly, but "man plans, God laughs". We put up a donation box on the sidebar for adoption funds, and we would be so blessed if you would help us get our son home! If you would prefer to mail a tax-deductible check, you may do so by sending it directly to our agency with a note to direct the funds to "Boroughs adoption". Checks can be made out to and sent to: Living Hope Adoption Agency, P.O. Box 579, Fort Washington, PA 19034-3414 (We removed the donation box for Luke's service dog. While the page is still active and we are still in need of funds, our adoption is the priority and where we need to urgently focus.)

We need your help to bring Luke's service dog home!

We are so grateful for the donations so far. Please keep sharing! We are so excited to see the impact a service dog will have on Luke's (and our family's) life.

A service dog for Luke!

Meet Kalani. He is an English Mastiff, and he is being trained to be a service dog and companion to our son Luke. Luke loves dogs! I've actually never seen a child so drawn to dogs, which makes a service dog a perfect fit. Because of Luke's ADHD, he is very distracted and impulsive. Something will grab his attention, and he goes to explore it, without understanding safety. For this reason, Luke frequently uses a special needs stroller in public places. As he gets bigger, this becomes less than ideal. Kalani is training to become Luke's companion in these settings. There is a cost for training and transportation. Our goal is to raise $6000. If you would like to contribute, please see the donation box on the sidebar. We really appreciate it!
