Look at this precious little girl! She is in desperate need of a family. She has a significant heart condition and needs an adoptive family so that she can get surgery. I will be honest, I am in love with this little girl! My hubby and I saw her and immediately wanted to add her to our family. Sadly, we do not meet the requirement for China due to family size and income requirements. There is sometimes the possibility that the Chinese government will allow waivers for exceptional situations, but we can't request this without an updated home study. The agency cannot put Lucy "on hold" for a family that might not be able to complete her adoption, she needs a paper ready family NOW. Please pray and spread the word!
